EU— New regulation AI (Artificial Intelligence)
The #New Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 regarding #machines has just been published , which replace Directive 2006/42/EC and establishes recent advances in digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), the internet of things (IoT) and transforms the characteristics of a wide range of machines posed new challenges in terms of #security .
The new Regulation regarding Machines will enter into force the next day 07/19/2023 and will be applicable from 01/14/2027.
